On January 1st we launched the first phases of #TotumPerformance, we sent out 5 workouts per week, Monday to Friday for 5 weeks. Week by week we increased the load and volume making sure that those doing it improved every week. The program was focused on increasing performance, which would then increase muscle size.

So how much will #TotumPerformance cost?
The only thing we ask is for your time, effort and dedication.
We started #TotumPerformance because we wanted to give back to the people who have been supporting us and to do as much as we can to help them to reach their goals as quickly as possible (and also to maintain them).
From completing these workouts you will obviously get a physical change in your body, but the real goal is to make a mental change, this is the key to making an overall lifestyle change.

Here’s how you can..
The start date is Monday February 18th, all you have to do is fill in the sign up form below.
You will then get a message on WhatsApp - you will need to save our number as TOTUM PERFORMANCE or you won’t receive any of our messages.
We will be sending you messages over the next few days giving you tips on how to succeed and also providing what you need to know for you to get the best out of #TotumPerformance.
The end date will be on Sunday 31st March. We will then pick five winners based on who we feel has worked hardest and made the most effort to change their life. Our decision isn’t going to be based on who got down to the lowest body fat or who can bench the most. You have as much chance of winning as anyone else who is involved.
The five winners will be invited to a #TeamTotum training day at 360 athletic in London, we will get a BIG workout in where you will train alongside the Totum athletes as well as them walking you through the workout, giving you any help and answering any questions you have!
And obviously a post workout Nando’s!🔥
