I’ve ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

If your item has arrived and it’s the wrong size, we have a returns service for UK customers. Simply print your return label by following the instructions on your returns note. You will be liable for the cost of returns.


What is your returns policy?

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. You will have 30 days from the day your received your order to return it to us. Items must be unwashed and unworn and free from any signs of wear. We cannot accept returns of socks or underwear for hygiene reasons. Items with animal or human hair on them will also not be accepted. If we are unsatisfied with the state of the item when it is returned to us, we will not process your return and instead send it back to you in the condition it was received.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch using the contact information here and we help you to track down your order.


I’m an international customer, have you received my returned items?

We cannot provide a free returns policy for international customers, so it’s important that you get tracking information from the carrier so that you will know when it has reached us. If you cannot track your item, get in touch with us using the contact information provided here and we will do what we can to track down the order.


What is your returns address?

If you are returning or exchanging an item from your UK, you can use the InPost parcel lockers to send the item(s) back to us. If you are outside the UK or if you don’t want to use the InPost parcel lockers, you can return your items to the following address:
